The bill to amend the budget law of the year 1401 of the whole country, which was approved by the country’s planning and budget organizations, administrative and employment organizations and the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the meeting of the Council of Ministers on 4/15/1401, is submitted as an attachment for legal formalities.

– Explanatory introduction:

In order to solve the problems and ambiguities of some provisions of the budget law of the year 1401 of the whole country in the field of price control of goods and fair increase of salaries and wages, and establishing tax exemptions for profits or bonuses belonging to bank accounts and general supervision of the facilities and proposal to amend the budget law of the year 1401 whole country

Article 1- In Part (1) of Clause (Q) of Note (1), the phrase “at the rate of the end of September 1400 and” is deleted.

Article 2- Clause (r) of Note (6) is deleted and the numbers of the following clauses are amended accordingly.

Article 3- In Part (3) of Clause (A) of Note (12), the phrase “Salaries and Wages Council subject to Article (74) of the Civil Service Management Law and the Board of Ministers” is deleted.

Article 4- In part (1) of clause (d) of note (16), after the words “facilities and obligations”, the words “non-current” and the words “current, past due” are deleted.
