خطر عدم اكتشافه في الجزء الرابع من التدقيق نريد شرحه في عدة أجزاء.<\/p>\n

4- عدم المعرفة الكافية بالمحاسبين والمراجعين<\/strong><\/p>\n

واليوم، ونظراً لتنوع وتعقيد القضايا العالمية والتفاعلات والمعاملات والمشاكل والقضايا المالية، فإن مهنة المحاسبة تواجه تحديات جديدة.
\nبمعنى آخر، هناك شك جوهري حول ما إذا كان المحاسبون<\/a> لديهم المعرفة والخبرة الكافية لأداء واجباتهم.<\/p>\n

يؤكد بينج وآخرون (2008) وتشين وزينج (2010) على أن البلدان النامية تفتقر على الأرجح إلى المحاسبين والمراجعين والمشرعين الذين يمكنهم دعم التقارب مع المعايير الدولية بشكل صحيح.<\/p>\n

وهذا يمكن أن يؤدي إلى عدم التقارب الكامل والسليم مع متطلبات هذه المعايير.<\/p>\n

إن عدم الفهم الصحيح لمعايير الإبلاغ المالي الدولية من قبل المحاسبين الصينيين وانتهازية المديرين عند قبول هذه المعايير من أهم العوامل التي تؤثر على ضعف التقارب مع المعايير المذكورة أعلاه (Chen and Zheng, 2010).<\/p>\n

تفتقر البلدان النامية إلى البنية التحتية المناسبة والتخطيط للتدريب السريع وزيادة قدرة المحاسبين ومستخدمي التقارير المالية فيما يتعلق بمعايير التقارير المالية الدولية (جيان، 2010).<\/p>\n

ومن أجل التقارب مع المعايير الدولية لإعداد التقارير المالية، يجب أن يضم كل فريق تدقيق عضوًا أو عضوين على الأقل لديهم المهارات والمعرفة الكافية حول هذه المعايير (مثل النتائج المتعلقة بمحاسبة القيمة العادلة) (Marden and Breckney, 2009).<\/p>\n
